If you are a existing member of Enjoy Shopping TV , you just have to "Login", and enter you correct email address and password. Then click the "Login" button to complete. You can now proceed to browse the products, fill in your shopping cart and place your order.

We offer installments or Easy Payment Plan (EPP) to holders of Maybank on single item products with price over RM500.

Customers will receive an Invoice together with your order delivery, which also serves as your receipt.

We offer free delivery to Peninsular Malaysia customers, however, there will be a surcharge for deliveries to Sabah and Sarawak (Terms and Conditions apply)
We apologize, unfortunately it isn't possible as our delivery time are subject to our delivery partners operating hours and schedule.
Your purchase will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days depending on your location.
We deeply apologize that we do not offer deliveries outside of Malaysia.

6) Services

Unfortunately, we don't. You can send your products directly to the authorised Service Centre as listed on your Warranty Card for servicing and repairs. If there is no Warranty Card, you are advised to contact the product manufacturer or distributor directly.

8) VIP Cards

VIP Cards that are issued by us or our authorized partners can be used when paying for your online purchases (Terms and Conditions apply). Every VIP Cards contains a credit limit of RM 500, while a discount of RM 25 are applicable for every purchase of RM 300 and above, on a single item.
For VIP Cards redemption, you will be able to choose "Apply Discount Code" once you reach the payment page. Simply enter the VIP discount code (ex. TM1512345678910) and select apply to get the discount.
The validity of your coupon(s) may vary depending on the promotion. Do check the expiry date stated on the card.
We regret that expired coupons will be deemed invalid and cannot be re-issued however, you may follow us on our social medias to get the latest news on our promotions .

9) Enjoy Points

Enjoy Points is our loyalty points system to reward our customers purchasing through our website ( or our mobile APP, providing customers a 5% rebate to be used on the next purchase. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Each RM1 spent on any products purchased on our website ( is equivalent to 1 Enjoy point collected. Enjoy Points can be redeemed by increments of 100 Enjoy Points on your next purchase, which each 100 Enjoy Points is worth RM5.

Your new Enjoy Points from this purchase will be issued to your account automatically within 7 days.

Enjoy Points will be automatically credited into your account within 7 working days of your purchase on our website (, upon delivery of the item.
You can check and apply your Enjoy Points balance on the checkout page on your purchase.
Enjoy Points have a validity of 6 months. Upon expiry, Enjoy Points will be removed from your account automatically.
Before expiry, an email will be sent to your registered email address to notify you of your expiring points.
You can check your available Enjoy Points Balance through your Account page, under the tab "Enjoy Points".

10) Returns & Refunds

Yes, there may be a collection cost associated with your returns. Please refer to our customer Terms and Conditions.
